Welcome to WealthAdd. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and wealth management tracking tools (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account and use our Service.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (including Google Sign-In and passwords). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or adding financial portfolios.

2. Description of Service

WealthAdd provides personal wealth management services, including tracking investments (stocks, mutual funds, SIPs, fixed deposits), recording liabilities and cash flows, setting financial goals, and monitoring recurring subscriptions.

3. Google Account Integration & Gmail Scanning

To utilize automated subscription tracking, you may elect to link your Google account to WealthAdd:

• Authorization: By linking your Google account, you grant WealthAdd explicit permission to access your Gmail headers and message bodies to search for subscription receipts, payment confirmations, and invoices.
• Scope of Scanning: Our automated scanners are restricted to identifying billing notifications from recognized merchant providers. Personal messages are filtered out and ignored.
• Revocation: You may disconnect your Google account and revoke Gmail permissions at any time via our platform settings or through your Google Account security center.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Scraping, copying, or reverse-engineering any code, layout, design, database structure, or algorithms of the Service.
• Engaging in any automated access, script execution, or DDoS attacks targeting our servers.
• Impersonating other users or attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system dashboards.
• Using the Service for any unlawful activities or in violations of financial regulations.

All content, trade names, logos, branding, designs, custom components, graphics, and code in the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of WealthAdd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the website for personal, non-commercial tracking.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEALTHADD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
