  • Account Credentials: When you register or sign in using Google Auth or traditional email, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture.
  • Financial and Portfolio Data: Any investment details, mutual funds, stocks, systematic investment plans (SIPs), fixed deposits, liabilities, and financial goals that you manually log or connect to the Service.
  • Gmail and Subscription Data: If you explicitly authorize Gmail integration, we access and scan message headers and message body content to identify, parse, and track subscription invoices, billing receipts, and payment transactions.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform (IP address, browser type, device info, and page views) to help us improve the user experience.

2. Google API Services and Gmail Integration

WealthAdd offers an automated subscription tracking feature that scans your inbox to find recurring billings and invoices. This feature requires access to your Gmail account.

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

WealthAdd's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Limited Use: We strictly limit the use of access tokens and data parsed from Gmail to providing and improving user-facing features (specifically, subscription tracking and expense mapping).
  • No Advertising: We will never use, transfer, or reference Gmail data or any information retrieved from Google APIs to serve, target, or personalize advertisements.
  • No Human Review: No employee, contractor, or partner of WealthAdd will read or view your raw Gmail messages unless:
    • We have obtained your explicit, separate consent to review specific emails for troubleshooting and customer support.
    • It is necessary for security reasons (e.g., detecting fraud, abuse, or system vulnerabilities).
    • It is required to comply with applicable laws and government regulations.
    • The data has been completely aggregated and anonymized for internal engineering analytics.
  • Restricted Sharing: We do not sell or transfer Gmail-sourced data to third parties, except as required to supply the core parser function, comply with legal requests, or during a business acquisition/merger.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To calculate your overall net worth, cash flow analysis, and tracking progress towards financial goals.
  • To automatically populate and update your subscription tracking dashboard using billing details parsed from email confirmations.
  • To provide customer support, resolve technical issues, and respond to inquiries.
  • To send you important system notifications, security alerts, and system updates.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial data. We share your information only under the following limited conditions:

  • With Service Providers: We may share data with cloud hosts, database management providers, and analytics services that operate under strict data protection agreements.
  • For Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or government authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or security.

5. Data Retention, Disconnection, and Deletion

We keep your information only as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services.

  • Disconnecting Google/Gmail: You can disconnect your Google account and revoke Gmail access at any time through the Settings page of the app, or directly via your Google Account security permissions. Upon disconnection, we instantly delete all stored Google API access/refresh tokens.
  • Account Deletion: You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated personal/financial records at any time. To do so, please trigger the account deletion action inside your Profile settings or email us at support@wealthcreator.in. All personal profile details, synced accounts, and parsed subscription records will be permanently expunged from our active servers within 30 days.

6. Security Measures

We use industry-standard physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information:

  • End-to-end data encryption in transit using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS).
  • Advanced encryption standard (AES-256) for data stored at rest.
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) controls for administrators and regular security audits.
